In line with the GDPR, we only ask for information we need. The information we ask you for in the referral document is there to:
- Allow us to contact you
- Allow us to create a document that allows us to speak to professionals on your behalf if needed
- Help us assess whether we can help you with your issue
- Help us provide the best support we can
- Help us keep you safe if we are worried you are in danger
All of the data we hold is kept in a secure electronic case management system.
We only hold on to data for as long as it is necessary.
If you want us to delete your data at any point, you just need to let us know. This might mean we have to stop supporting you, though. You can also ask us to show you what information we have about you.
