Resources and Information

We are putting together our resources a little at a time. While we do that, you can have a look at the topics we will be covering. Click on a title to be taken to each section.

Help us develop the right resources

As a team, we have many years of experience around mental health, disability, and navigating the NHS system. We want to put all this in writing so everyone can use what we know, but we will never know everything!
If you have any experience or questions about accessing or providing mental health support (good, bad, or neutral) we would love to hear from you. Anything can help us make sure we are moving in the right direction and giving people the information they most need. It’s also very important to us that our information is based on people’s real, lived experience.

To help, you can…

  • Let us know what sort of information you would find (or would have found) useful
  • Email us to talk about your experience and what matters to you
  • Tell us about a resource or organisation you’ve found helpful that we can check out
  • Write something for us – anything from a one-line quote to a whole page about a topic.
