Martia Bevan

Integrative/Person-Centred Counsellor

My name is Martia Bevan and I am a qualified counsellor MBACP (Accred).

My approach to counselling is person-centred, which for me involves listening to what you say and accepting you without judgement, so we can build a trusting relationship.

Together, we can identify what could be restricting you from being the person you want to be and in doing so, make it possible to move towards any changes you wish to make.

I have particular experience in mental health difficulties, disability and chronic illness, sight loss and bereavement.

Sofia Remountaki

Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

A warm, creative, needs-informed and inclusive Therapist, with years of experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, family trauma and other.

My approach is Integrative, which means that I draw on a range of therapeutic thinking and models (Humanistic, Art Therapy, Psychodynamic etc) to accommodate the individual needs of the person I work with.

My style is open and respectful of my client, and I hold a space for them where they will be heard and where they may explore any issues they bring, at a pace that is comfortable for them. And as a strong believer in race, culture, gender, sexuality and relationship diversity and equality, I welcome people of all ages and backgrounds in my practice.
